Before We Arrive

Simple steps for safe service

Extinguish all fires

Clear the hearth area

Secure pets

Please ensure any active fireplace fires are completely put out at least 24 hours prior to our scheduled technician visit.

Remove fireplace screens, rugs, and decorative items around the hearth to give our certified sweeps clean, unobstructed working space.

Keep pets safely in a separate room while our crew operates equipment and inspects interior flue components.
